By signing up and actively using the dynamitedollars.us program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. dynamitedollars.us may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with dynamitedollars.us.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the dynamitedollars.us program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing dynamitedollars.us account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link. You must completely fill in all user information including your Paypal account..any false or non information on your account and it will be subject to cancellation with no notice.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your dynamitedollars.us account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by dynamitedollars.us be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
Any member sending Dynamite Dollars gibberish or abusive mail (including but not limited to swearing at the staff of this site) will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings and downlines and upgrades to date of termination. This also applies to any member abusing Dynamite Dollars staff in any online forum.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately and member deleted.
Any emails or other communication which are received from this site may NOT be reproduced in any form or posted in any forum without formal permission of the owner of this site, Dynamite Dollars. If you reproduce in any form or post any emails or other communication in any venue without the aforementioned permission your account wil bee terminated without any notice and you will lose all eanrings, upgrades and downlines.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up dynamitedollars.us. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with dynamitedollars.us. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from dynamitedollars.us. limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from dynamitedollars.us, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and dynamitedollars.us are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and dynamitedollars.us. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of dynamitedollars.us. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
In order to retain the free upgrade you must click and read a minimum of 15 mail ads per month. This does not include paid to click banners. anyone found to not be doing this may remain a member but will lose the free upgrade. No exceptions!
You must maintain your account with proper information, no bad keywords, complete names, and proper payment information at all times.
You must be active in every 14 days for free members and click at least 15 emails, not ptc's but emails. This will be set to 30 days for paid upgraded members.
Vacations may not be set for longer than 30 days without permission of admin! And you must log in within 7 days of vaction period having ended. Please try to notify us of any problems or reasons you may not be able to log into your account and be active (clicking links and reading mails). Closed accounts will be held for 7 days then deleted and purged. This can not be reversed.
Limitation of Liability:
dynamitedollars.us will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or dynamitedollars.us program, even if dynamitedollars.us has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, dynamitedollars.us aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Dynamite Dollars reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any member.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. And all downlines, advertising and or any and all privileges to this site terminated.
This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
dynamitedollars.us. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the dynamitedollars.us program. Affiliates will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by dynamitedollars.us. Affiliates will be paid
via PayPal /Redemptions.dynamitedollars.us will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by dynamitedollars.us. Members must have at least 40% of earnings from emails sent, this is a paid to read site not a paid to click site! Once the member has reached payout they may request payment., by mailing through contact pages. Accounts will be verified for correctness and things such as no bad keywords, no cheat links and if all is correct placed in payout que. Note: if you have 3 or more cheat links total you will be deleted, if you have 20 or more bad turing numbers in one month, you will be deleted. If you are deleted you will lose all earnings, all downlines and upgrades and not be reinstated. This is not reversible.
Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with dynamitedollars.us and may result
in legal prosecution. dynamitedollars.us strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. dynamitedollars.us may charge up to $5 per spam email. The easiest thing to do is if you are getting mails from this site and you do not want those mails, go to the user page and go to the bottom of your information and delete yourself. If you can not do that just send me as much information as you can remember about your email address, state, country, and user name or password and I will do it for you! I do not want anyone to be here that does not want to be!

accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
dynamitedollars.us will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
